The group promotes ethical, choice-based solutions through lobbying, campaigning and awareness-raising.
We were asked to create a series of T-shirts, hoodies and Tote bag designs, focussing on several key campaign slogans. We used a ‘cut-out’ process to create a typeface and suite of graphic elements, cutting shapes out of paper and re-tracing to retain a distinct hand-made protest aesthetic.
Population Matters is a UK based charity campaigning internationally. Their patrons include Sir David Attenborough, Dr Jane Goodall, Chris Packham, Leilani Münter, Jonathan Porritt, Sara Parkin and Gordon Bachanan. They recently delivered a petition to COP26 President Alok Sharma, urging him to ensure that empowering population solutions are included in the upcoming climate talks in Glasgow.
