Old Hall Suffolk Nuts

Old Hall Suffolk Nuts is part of a plan to create a biodiverse, fossil-fuel free environment – planting thousands of walnut and cobnut trees, miles of hedgerows, ‘re-wiggling’ watercourses and introducing three English Longhorn cattle to help maintain biodiversity across the site.

We have developed a new brand identity and a website to keep audiences informed about the project and the latest sustainable farming news, and ultimately to sell the nuts. The logotype references letterpress characters, combining wood grain texture with a bright colour palette. The combination of traditional craft skills with modern design approach – the best of the old with the best of the new – reflects the progressive farming practices in use. Traditional methods, working with nature, while taking advantage of the latest technology and innovations in sustainable land management.

We continue to work with Old Hall Suffolk Nuts to develop their visual identity with packaging designs, stationery, advertising, newsletter and site way finding.
