Got the bus to Islington. Tried to get into The Crafts Council but it’s still closed. Walked around Chapel Market and Camden Passage. Met Pablo in Galipolli on Upper St. Pablo’s setting up a sub-office of Research Studios in Barcelona. I haven’t seen him since we he went back to Mexico in ’98. Since then he’s designed the titles for Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s fims, including Amores Peros, 21 Grams and Babel. He’s very easy going – we lived near each other in Finsbury Park. Galipolli was the studio’s favourite restaurant – great humous and kebabs and chilli sauce.
